Customer Support! – What better way to get your questions answered and your concerns addressed than by getting in touch with someone from our team? Our support department is available Monday through Friday from 9am until 6pm Central to offer any technical assistance in regards to your account during and after setup (i.e. datafeeds, tracking pixels, APIs, etc). If you have a live account, you can reach the support team via ticket. They can also be reached by email or by phone at (312) 321-0487, whichever comes first on your communication preference list. |

Client Services – For inquiries related to program optimization, this is your go-to team. They are available to offer guidance in building and establishing your Affiliate program within the Network. For instance, they can review your Merchant account and provide a complimentary program diagnostics to find areas that can be further leveraged to drive growth. Client services also puts out a Welcome Kit for new Merchants which provides a four week checklist to help kick off your new program and build a solid foundation for growth. |

Help Center – For those who prefer to overcome obstacles on their own, we do have a Knowledgebase inside the interface that serves as an excellent resource for commonly asked questions. |
