ShareASale Shares New Year’s Resolutions

We find ourselves at the start of a new year so you know the drill! It’s time to state your intentions for the year ahead and close the chapter on any blunders or bad habits from the past. Employees at ShareASale gave a spectrum of answers including resolutions to AVOID resolutions all together. Whether you have your sights on health, wellness, professional growth, life experiences or anything in between, we wish you well in the new year! “What are your New Year’s Resolutions?”

Samantha, Product Specialist: Drink more Tiki drinks! 

Tiki bars are aplenty in Chicago and especially in the winter they are necessary for survival. Samantha’s local favorites are Three Dots and A Dash, Lost Lake and Hala Kahiki and this year she resolves to make them a central focus of her after-dark escapades. After all, life is just better with mini umbrellas in it. 

Erica, Events Manager:  Eat less candy.

Ask anyone in the ShareASale office and they will tell you that Erica is mainly fueled by candy. In fact, the office constructed an entire wall of candy just to keep up with the demand of her sweet tooth. But this year – another year older and wiser – Erica is resolving to limit the candy intake, kick the cravings and incorporate some healthy snacks into her routine!  

Chris, Launch Manager:  Become more of a weekend warrior!

“My goal is to get out more and see more of the world!  I recently spent time with family and relatives and they said, looking back, they would have seen more and traveled more while they were younger.  I just had a milestone birthday so perhaps that is why I chose this as a resolution this year! Whether it be by plane or car, I will challenge myself to get out there.  My first destination is going to be Las Vegas and then hopefully Toronto later in the year. Next on the list is Washington DC.” – Chris
