Proposed Toolbar Policy

As mentioned in my previous post, we have developed (with the help of a lot of folks in the industry) a modified policy regarding the allowance of toolbars and other extensions of the browser such as FireFox extensions, etc… Thanks to everyone who helped!

Here is the proposed policy - we welcome your input and debate.
