Today, I want to talk fashion & beauty! Like the rest of the categories, these bloggers are a super talented and creative bunch. I love following fashion & beauty bloggers to find the hottest new trends, especially before I embark on a shopping trip. I need as much help as I can get with my wardrobe.
My favorite channels to follow these types of bloggers on are Instagram and YouTube. They make it easy for me to find their styles while I’m either in-store or online shopping (of course), and the beauty tutorials are so fun to follow.
Fashion & beauty bloggers have many different creative avenues to take when using Affiliate links. I’ve seen this group use Affiliate links so authentically already. There’s nothing more personal than using a make-up brush in a video tutorial, then linking to where the audience can buy that same exact brush.
ShareASale has hundreds of brands in the clothing, accessories, and beauty space. I’m going to go over how fashion & beauty bloggers can use these awesome ShareASale Merchants in content and on social channels.

Second, find the Merchants that are in your own closet or make-up drawer.
You can search by keyword, by using a brand name or specific product name. You’ll have to get approved into their program before you can start promoting them. Here are a few popular retailers on ShareASale that you may have bought clothes, accessories, make-up, etc. from already:

Third, compile a list of ideas for your content.
Thinking about headlines or content ideas now will help you down the road when you may have a writer’s block or blogging burnout. It’s important to be seasonal within your posts, and to keep in mind upcoming events. Also, give your readers enough time to act on your post. If you do a write-up on the ‘Best Bathing Suits for Spring Break’ only a week before most people leave for Spring Break, chances are they already have their suitcases packed in anticipation!

These headlines allow you to do the research for your readers. Instead of having to shop around, they can easily take a look at the specific products you have featured, and pick their favorite! A good goal when trying to make money with your website is solving a problem for the reader. Present them with options on your website and make their purchasing decision an easier one.
Fourth, insert Affiliate links across all your popular channels.
Go where your readers and subscribers are. I mentioned YouTube earlier because I feel that this channel is gaining popularity, especially among fashion & beauty bloggers. More and more people are growing accustomed to watching videos online. It’s the perfect outlet to feature make-up and cosmetic tutorials. Take it a step further and include Affiliate links to the products you use in your description!
