Celebrate Ride Your Bike to Work Day 2017!

Happy Bike to Work Day! Today’s bike-to-work tradition was started by the League of American Bicyclists in 1956 and has grown to include 30 days of National Bike Month festivities in both the United States and Canada. The month of May is dedicated to all of the bikers out there and promoting health, sustainability, and economic transportation options. Plus, we think biking to work is just way more fun!

Here in Chicago, there are thousands of urban bikers making the trek to work every day. The city has even installed public bike stations called “Divvy” all around the city, allowing pedestrians to hop on and off bikes as they make their commute all over the city.
