1. Update the Program Agreement
A Program Agreement is a legally binding agreement between you and your Affiliate partners. It should be reviewed and updated consistently to reflect any policies or restrictions your program has enacted. The Affiliate industry is ever-changing, with new legalities and trends cropping up left and right, so in order to protect yourself, you must keep this document current. This can be found in the “My Account” section under “Affiliate Communications.”
