Spring Lookbook Incentive Opportunity

INCENTIVE PARAMETERS:

• Affiliates must not yet be joined to the Merchant Program.
• Must join the Merchant Program before June 30th, 2017.  
• Sign up must be from the SHRSL link featured in the catalog.
• Affiliates can receive the bonus for up to 3 Merchant programs.
• Merchants will contribute a $100 bonus if the goal is met and Shareasale will match for a grand total reward of $200.

Sales Criteria

• Each referred order value must be over $10.
   
• No self-purchases or in the opinion of ShareASale purchases completed for the sole purpose of qualifying for the bonus payout.  Promotions of Merchants must be done in manner consistent with a good faith effort to generate legitimate traffic for the Merchant.
   
• Orders voided by the Merchant for returned merchandise, or any other reason will not be counted towards the bonus payout.

TINIER PRINT:

• Shareasale gives Merchants the right to void any transaction they deem fraudulent or suspicious, as well as any orders needing to be voided for reasons including but not limited to returned merchandise, bad credit cards, non-shipped orders, or similar.
   
• ShareASale will pay out ShareASale’s $100 portion of the bonus until such time as the total ShareASale bonus payout is equal to $10,000, or all Affiliates have been paid their bonus amounts, whichever event comes sooner.
