Wow, what a week! While we catch our breath from Affiliate Summit West, we can’t help but laugh at all of the newly created memories and revel in the excitement of new contacts and conversations that will hopefully usher in new business in 2017. Here is a brief recap of notable events from the past few days:
#1. Affiliate Summit West
This year’s Summit was particularly unique because we celebrated some pretty big news with our new friends (and partners) at Affiliate Window/ Zanox Group. Sunday’s main events consisted of the Meet Market and a presentation by our very own Director of Client Services, Sarah Beeskow, on Attribution in the Affiliate channel which featured case studies and real-life examples.
We kicked off the conference nightlife with our Tailgate themed “Party Under the Stars” event which did not disappoint. Our partnership with the Affiliate Window/Zanox team was validated after both teams hit the dance floor where we stayed until the night came to a close.
Two days of great conversation and new prospects followed on the conference room floor. The hot topics for Merchants were, of course, the acquisition and the new interface launch. Affiliates were excited about the latest Spring Lookbook Launch and corresponding Instagram Photo contest.

We were truly honored to be included alongside Affiliate Window in the number two spot on mThink’s Blue Book Top 20 Affiliate Networks of 2017. Each year mThink.com solicits feedback from Retailers and Affiliates within the global performance marketing community to weigh in on top Networks in the industry. Customer service, the degree of professionalism, and consistent return on investment are considered as criteria for which finalists are judged.
Affiliate Marketing is becoming more of a priority for e-retailers as reports list it as one of the fastest growing sources of new revenue and new customers. According to a Business Insider study, by 2020, “U.S. spending on affiliate marketing is expected to increase by a compound annual growth rate of 10.1 percent to $6.8 billion.” In this Inc.com article, written by Drew Hendricks, ShareASale and our partners at Affiliate Window, are listed in the top 7 Affiliate Marketing Companies to do business within 2017.
