Writing quality content is a huge accomplishment and the first thing that you want to do after completing a blog post is to hit that “publish” button for its final send off. Don’t do it just yet! Blogging is much more than just writing and publishing. There are lots of other things to think about – images, links, affiliate links, SEO, social media and more! Here is a checklist of items to do before finally publishing that post.

3. Analyze Images
- Did you add relevant images or product images?
- Have you added titles and alt attributes to your images?
- Are your images optimized for social media?
**Pro Tip: Product Images can also be deep-linked using an affiliate link.

The foundation of a successful affiliate website encompasses a variety of different marketing components. Each of these components helps an affiliate gain trust and grow readership which leads to more traffic and higher conversions.
Bloggers are some of the hardest working people out there (we could be a little biased). Many bloggers maintain their blogs in addition to a 9-to-5, full-time job. That means at the end of the day they don’t come home and “chill.” They don’t sit on the couch and veg out or relax.
As bloggers, our job is to cultivate content for our audience to keep them interested and coming back for more. Dedicated blogs crop up around a variety of topics: fashion, travel, kids or family life, food and so on.
