We recently experienced a delay in our December Publisher Payments as a result of unforeseen circumstances. I would like to offer my sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused and my assurances that we are striving to administer timely payouts at all times.
The delay was a culmination of various unanticipated factors, unfortunately exacerbated by limited resources due to the festive break. Now that all publisher payments have been resolved, we are examining and testing every component of our payment process to warrant its validity and accuracy.
