The goal of ShareASale’s Program Academy is to help merchants lay the groundwork necessary for a successful affiliate program across our trusted network. In an effort to accommodate our merchants’ time and create a more user-friendly experience, we have created a simple online resource – our Program Academy Training Portal. This portal allows participants to work through each course on their own time, while still providing the same level of exclusive 1:1 support. Furthermore, following the January 2019 beta launch, we are happy to report that the training videos and personalized, 1:1 support has helped numbers of merchants learn how to optimize their account and create a thriving affiliate channel.
Merchants signed up to Program Academy will be given three months unlimited access to all the trainings and exercises offered in the portal, as well as receive regular email reminders to help guide them through each course within three weeks’ time. As merchants go through each step, we encourage them to take advantage of our Program Academy Champions, who are members of our merchant development team and are happy to schedule a call for a more dedicated, personalized look into your individual account.
