Are you looking for a way to save time when planning your creative schedule on ShareASale? Stay organized and get ahead of your holiday creative updates and preparations for upcoming sales or promotions. Scheduling creatives is a simple and quick process that will have you set up for weeks to come!
You can schedule creatives while uploading a new link/banner, editing an existing link/banner, or through the creative schedule page. When you open this page for the first time, you will see that there is no activity scheduled and you have the options to either schedule a new banner upload or to schedule an update to an existing creative.
If you choose to schedule a new banner upload, it will take you to the Add Creative page. From here, you can add an image or select an existing one in your inventory. You will then be able to place specific information about this image such as the name, category, the URL the banner will go to, and if you want to use alternate text.
You can also choose to make the banner active or defunct and set the privacy to public or private, if you want this banner visible only to a specific Affiliate, Group or Tag. The edit you schedule – or the banner you schedule for the first time – will not be visible to Affiliates until its scheduled day.
When you are ready to schedule the banner upload, select “Schedule Now” at the bottom of the right box.
A new box will appear giving you the option to choose the specific date and time that you want your creatives to upload into the ShareASale system. Once complete, click on the “Schedule it” button.
That’s it! On the main creative schedule page, you will now see that your banner (with a small image preview) will be uploaded on the date and time of your choosing. Once the banner has loaded, it will be moved into the box below marked “History”
If you want to delete this upload before it happens, just click on the red button on the right hand side of the creative.
