As a Merchant, there may be times when you need to make updates to your account. These updates can include items like commission rates, program agreements, contact name, auto approvals and more.
Anytime you make one of these changes that will directly affect your Affiliates, we strongly suggest that you contact them through your account.
The easiest form of contact when making a wholesale change to your program is to use the Affiliate Newsletter function. This tool allows you to send a text or HTML newsletter to all or a select group of your Affiliates all at once with any information you want to mail out.
This is the most common and highly recommended way of contacting your Affiliates when changes are made. We’ve found that the strongest Affiliate Programs in our network have built foundations of clear communication between the Merchant and their Affiliates. It shows Affiliates that they are part of a program who is willing and open to sharing information that is beneficial for both parties.
