The ShareASale wiki is set up to be a way for Merchants and Affiliates to have common questions answered by ShareASale team members, industry experts, program managers, and even other Merchants and Affiliates! It’s a quick way to look for an answer to your question without having to login to your account and go through the help center.
ShareASale Knowledgebase
Also known as the ShareASale Help Center, this page has a number of different folders for both Affiliate and Merchant help topics. These are basic questions and answers regarding one’s account, such as “How do I Change my Settings” and “How do I get a Link/Banner”. This is helpful if you need a quick answer inside your account without contacting customer support.
Submit a Help Ticket
If you can’t find the answer to your question, you may submit a help ticket to ShareASale’s Customer Support Team.
To do this from inside your account, click on the either the round logo on the left and click on “Help Center” or click on “Help” on the right side top of the main menu. This will take you to the Knowledgebase (Help Center) described above. From here, click on “Submit a Ticket” and you can put together a email that will go directly to the support staff with your questions.

Are you not able to log in for any type of reason but need to get a hold of us with a question? Feel free to email us and we can help you out! If you are able to login and submit a ticket, please do so. It is the fastest way for our support team to start working on your questions or problems with your account.
Client Service Team Resources
Our Client Services team offers a number of different programs for Merchants to assist with their accounts. While many are free, we do have one paid program that can be very big help to new Merchants just starting out in Affiliate Marketing. You may email them from the link above with any questions reagrding the offerings below.
Diagnostics – Client Services will review your Affiliate Program and find areas that can be further leveraged to drive growth
Webinars (free) – Found on our Events page, you can signup for various Webinars that will offer tips on how to run your Program.
Welcome Kit (free) – A four week check list that covers some of the most important tools for creating a strong program.
Guided Launch (3 months, $3000) – This paid program from Client Services guides you through building the foundation of your program, from initial recruiting strategies to uploading a product datafeed. By the end of this three months, you will have a strong technological and promotional base on which to build your affiliate marketing channel, and clear goals and benchmarks to achieve as you continue growing.
ShareASale Blog
The best resource for information we have available is the ShareASale Blog. There are blogs for both Merchants and Affiliates packed full of information you can use. We have Tips of the Day every week that can be helpful as you learn more about the Affiliate Marketing world and your program itself.
The blog also lists our upcoming events, keeps you up to date on new and notable Merchants and any major alerts we need to send out regarding our company. We suggest keeping the blog bookmarked, it’s updated daily!
